At Vidopix, we strive to ensure our customers' satisfaction with our video analytics platform. We understand that plans can change, which is why we have developed the following cancellation and refund policy to make the process as clear and straightforward as possible.
2. Subscription Cancellations
- Monthly Subscriptions: Customers may cancel their monthly subscriptions at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the following month.
- Annual Subscriptions: Customers who choose annual subscriptions have a right to cancel within the first 30 days of the subscription for a full refund. If you cancel after the first 30 days, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing year, and you will not be eligible for a refund for the remaining period of the subscription.
5. Service Cancellations by Vidopix
- Vidopix reserves the right to cancel any subscription at any time due to non-payment, fraud, or other breaches of our Terms of Service. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
6. Changes to Subscription Plans
- Upgrades: Customers can upgrade their subscription at any time. The additional cost will be prorated for the remaining period of the current billing cycle.c
- Downgrades: When downgrading a subscription, the change will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
