How do I create a Vidopix account?
Visit
portal.vidopix.com and sign up with your email. No credit card required to register. You'll need to purchase a processing unit to start analysing videos.
How do I upload my first video?
Once logged in, click "New Analysis" in the dashboard. You can upload a file directly (most video formats supported) or paste a link to a hosted video. Processing takes 2–3 minutes depending on file length.
What video formats are supported?
Vidopix supports all major video formats including MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, and WebM. You can also paste links to YouTube, Instagram, Vimeo, and other major video platforms. Maximum file size: 2GB.
How long does analysis take?
Most videos are ready to query within 2–3 minutes of uploading. Longer files (30+ minutes) may take up to 10 minutes. You'll receive a notification when your video is ready.
Can I upload videos in languages other than English?
Yes — Vidopix supports 250+ languages. Our AI analyses emotion, tone, pacing, and narrative structure regardless of the spoken language. Results are delivered in English.
Is there a free trial?
You can get started with a single unit for $1 — no commitment, no monthly fee. It's effectively a pay-to-try model. See our

💳 Billing & Units
What is a "unit" and how does it work?
1 unit = analysis of up to 1 minute of video. A 90-second ad uses 2 units (rounded up to the nearest minute). A 5-minute video uses 5 units. Units are deducted from your balance when a video finishes processing.
Do units expire?
No. Units and Pixi query credits never expire. Buy a pack now and use it whenever you're ready — there's no time pressure.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), UPI, NEFT, and RTGS. Indian users are billed in INR; international users in USD. All payments are processed securely via PCI DSS-compliant partners.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the pay-as-you-go nature of the service, all purchases are final. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact
contact@vidopix.com and we'll investigate promptly.
Do you offer enterprise or volume pricing?
Yes. Teams processing large volumes of video regularly can access custom pricing, dedicated support, and API integration. Contact us at

What can I ask Pixi?
You can ask Pixi anything about your video — where viewers will drop off, what emotions dominate, whether the hook is strong, how the pacing feels, what the key message is, whether one cut outperforms another, and more. There are no preset report formats — Pixi answers the exact question you ask.
How much does a Pixi query cost?
InstaVidIQ and SurveyCine queries cost $0.20 each. VidoScout queries cost $0.75 each. Query credits are purchased separately from processing units and can be topped up anytime.
How accurate are Pixi's answers?
Pixi's emotion detection achieves 94% accuracy across 250+ languages. In verified tests — such as the media network case study — Vidopix predicted a 42% drop-off at 0:18s; the actual measured drop-off was 43% at 0:19s (98% accuracy). Results are evidence-based, not opinion.
Can I ask Pixi about multiple videos at once?
Yes — with VidoScout, you can ask Pixi questions across an entire batch of imported videos. For example: "What's the overall sentiment across all 20 videos I imported?" Pixi will synthesise insights across the full set.
What languages does Pixi support?
Pixi analyses video content in 250+ languages. Insights and responses are delivered in English regardless of the source language.
Can I re-query the same video without re-processing?
Yes. Once a video is processed, it stays in your account and you can ask Pixi as many questions as you need — each query costs $0.20 but no additional processing units are needed.

Do you have an API?
Yes. The Vidopix API is live at

docs.vidopix.com. API access is available to all registered users — contact us if you need a dedicated enterprise API key.
What is the maximum video length supported?
Vidopix supports videos up to 60 minutes in length. For longer content (feature films, full episodes), contact us about enterprise plans with extended processing support.
Can I integrate Vidopix into my own platform?
Yes — via the REST API. You can submit videos programmatically, retrieve analysis results, and pipe Pixi insights into your own dashboards or workflows. See the

What browsers and devices are supported?
The Vidopix portal works on all modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on desktop and mobile. For the best experience, we recommend Chrome on desktop.
Is there a way to export my analysis results?
Export functionality is available from your dashboard. You can export Pixi conversation transcripts and key insights as text. If you need structured data exports via the API, contact
contact@vidopix.com.
🔒 Privacy & Security
Is my video content safe?
Yes. All videos are encrypted in transit and at rest on E2E Cloud infrastructure in India. Your content is processed in an isolated environment and never mixed with other users' data. See our

Does Vidopix use my videos to train its AI?
No. We never use your uploaded content to train, improve, or fine-tune our AI models without your explicit written consent. Your videos are used solely to process your analysis requests.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email
contact@vidopix.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days, in accordance with GDPR and applicable law.
