To access Vidopix, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately at contact@vidopix.com. Vidopix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where suspicious activity is detected.
By submitting or uploading content to Vidopix, you grant Pixelgaze Technologies a non exclusive, royalty free, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, and store your content for operational, promotional, and marketing purposes, including showcasing the capabilities of our AI platform. You affirm that you own the intellectual property rights or have appropriate permission from the rights holder.
You agree not to upload or transmit any content that involves: unsolicited advertisements; hate speech, discrimination or harassment; promotion of illegal activities; intellectual property violations; harmful software (malware, viruses); violent, obscene, or pornographic material; or misinformation and impersonation.
Vidopix reserves the right to monitor, review, and remove any content that violates these Terms. Violations may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.
Vidopix operates on a pay as you go model with no recurring charges unless explicitly stated. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway Razorpay. All charges including applicable taxes are displayed before confirming payment.
Refunds: Due to the pay as you go nature of our services, all payments are final. We do not offer refunds for services rendered, AI analysis conducted, or features used. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact contact@vidopix.com for investigation.
Vidopix offers a free creator tier that includes 5 complimentary credits upon account creation. Free credits are provided for individual creator and freelancer use only and are not available for enterprise or business accounts. Free credits have no monetary value, are non transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Vidopix reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the free tier at any time without prior notice. Abuse of the free tier, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to obtain additional credits, may result in account suspension or termination.
By creating an account, you agree to: provide truthful and accurate registration information; promptly update any changes to your personal information; keep your login credentials confidential and secure; and notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.
Vidopix is not responsible for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
By using Vidopix, you agree to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Information collected includes personal identification data, uploaded content, and behavioural data. Your information may be shared with third party service providers such as payment processors and cloud storage providers, subject to confidentiality agreements.
Vidopix uses artificial intelligence to analyse video content, providing insights on emotions, sentiments, and key conversations. You understand and agree that:
Vidopix provides integration capabilities through the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and APIs that allow compatible third party platforms and AI agents to interact with our services. By using these integrations, you agree to the following:
Vidopix may integrate with third party payment processors and, in future, link to external websites. Vidopix is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or reliability of any third party content, or any harm that may result from accessing third party links. Your use of third party services is subject to their own terms and conditions.
All content, features, and functionality on Vidopix — including logos, icons, algorithms, software code, and technical processes — are the exclusive intellectual property of Pixelgaze Technologies and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
You agree not to: copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any portion of the platform; sell or license Vidopix's intellectual property to third parties; or use automated bots, scraping, or exploiting software vulnerabilities. Violations will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
Vidopix implements industry standard security measures including encryption, access controls, and secure servers. In the event of a security breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law and take immediate steps to mitigate the impact.
You agree to notify us immediately at contact@vidopix.com if you become aware of any security vulnerability or unauthorised use of your account.
In addition to the content restrictions above, you agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the platform; interfere with or disrupt platform infrastructure; use the platform for any unlawful purpose; circumvent any security measures; or impersonate Vidopix, its employees, or other users.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. We encourage you to contact us first at contact@vidopix.com to resolve any dispute informally before initiating legal proceedings.
Vidopix is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixelgaze Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pixelgaze Technologies, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of Vidopix or violation of these Terms.
Vidopix reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the website or via email. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should discontinue use of the platform.
